Short version: this is market data, honestly compiled, with no warranty — and your membership is cancel-any-time.

What PenComps is

PenComps publishes aggregate statistics (medians, ranges, counts, histories) computed from publicly visible completed eBay listings. We are an independent data publisher — not affiliated with eBay or any pen manufacturer, and not a party to any transaction you make.

No appraisal, no warranty

Nothing on this site is an appraisal, authentication, or offer to buy or sell. Figures are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind; markets move, filters are imperfect, and individual pens vary enormously with condition and originality. Decisions you make with this data are yours.

Membership

Memberships ($10/month or $79/year) are billed by Stripe and cancelable any time from your Stripe receipt — access runs to the end of the paid period. If something breaks, reply to any PenComps email and a human will fix it or refund you.

Acceptable use

Members may use the data for personal or internal business purposes. Republishing the dataset wholesale, scraping the member API, or reselling access isn't allowed.
